This program is built for about 2.5 – 3 months, depending how often you decide to rest. It has 5 cycles with 12 days of training.

It has order of exercises and required range of training volume which is enough to give a load for progress but not to get you into overtraining.

Each day has it’s own exercises with descriptions, training intensity and gifs for easy understanding. Look at each at gif and try to repeat exercise on your own.
